HOW IT WORKS
Complete training programs General Preparation (Base Training) Phase to Competition Phase, Warm Up to Cool Down. Providing a balanced approach to training targeting the key areas you need to successes in your event.
WHO’S IT FOR?
Track and Field athletes looking to compete at the Collegiate and Elite levels. High intensity training sessions are 2 – 3 hours, 4-6 days per week depending on your competition schedule.
WHO IT’S NOT FOR
Athletes looking to stay in shape but do not need the training volume associated with being an elite athlete. If you’re looking be in shape but don’t need to be in “Track Shape”.
WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENT
Track and Field is what we do. We’ve got some of best coaches in the world with well over 30 years of coaching and athletic experience (well more like 150 years of experience, some of us have been doing this a long, long time and if you count all the medals that's like 500 years of experience). We care about our athletes and want to give back, when you succeed we succeed. We understand that everyone needs and chance and we believe here to give you that chance.
